Room was nice, food was nice, the area is beautiful and nature filled. We stayed as a whole family in a single room, it was cramped but it worked. Pool was fun too!
Wifi was weak to non existent in the room, and the woman at the desk really tried - but could barely speak english.

Older hotel but fairly well maintained.
Hotel staff were really nice and friendly.
Restaurant food was very good.
Pool and wellness area is really nice.
Bathroom could use some renovation and we couldn't open a balcony door so we couldn't get any fresh air.

Parking amplio y gratis. El desayuno bien. El personal bien. Tamaño habitacion correcto.
El aspecto del hotel por dentro se ve muy antiguo. La ducha lo peor. Un hotel de 4 estrellas, y la ducha sin mampara ni cortinas ni nada para apoyar la alcachofa. O te duchabas sentado o de rodillas o ponias perdido todo de agua. No habia aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador en el armario. Muy cutre para ir de hotel de 4 estrellas con spa, congresos y estos rollos. No volveria, lo siento. Que no somos gente delicada, pero esperas mas.
