This place was great! Genuin atmosphere and service as well as beautiful house and spot!

It was absolutely great, so beautiful! The service from Irene was excellent, so helpful and interested in our experience that everything would be on top. We loved the breakfast, sitting out in the garden with the nicest view and tranquillity. Also, very close to all important places to visit and great restaurants near by. We recommend this place highly and will come back!

If they could do anything to make our experience even better, look on the coffee machine, since we have had better coffee at other places.

Excellent location. Breakfast could have been better.

Beautiful location, few minutes drive from the small town of La Morra. The property is quite isolated and very quiet, surrounded by trees. We even saw a badger running around one evening :-). The room was very clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. We also had a spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the garden and surrounding trees. Communication with the host was very good, who was always courteous and helpful.

I think breakfast time was a bit late in the morning (between 9am and 10am), especially for those looking to start the day early (luckily there was a day when they had to make an exception and serve breakfast between 8am and 9am). Breakfast could also have been a bit more consistent in what was being served, as it varied daily. On day 1 we had the best breakfast, which consisted of ham/salami and cheese, yoghurt, fruit juice, small loaves of bread, butter, jam, croissants, cake and tarts, besides coffee. By day 3 we were down to some tarts and coffee. Day 2 was somewhere in the middle in terms of items served. The shower mixer and bathroom sink had weird joystick(!) controls, and it wasn’t easy to get the right flow and temperature.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was very helpfull. The location is lovely, hidden in a huge garden, quiet. Room (a suite) spacious. Breakfest with all you might need. We hope to return.

Great location we enjoyed our short stay would definitely recommend... Irene took good care of us and was very prepared to handle COVID prevention protocol mesures upon our arrival. Room was massive so it was definitely a nice treat to have the extra place for our things. Lovely view to the terrace, outdoor area, just beautiful! location close to La Morra where we had amazing lunch and also to other places like Verduno where we ended up going for dinner!

we did bot have towels for the shower but I guess it was just an oversight :-)

Wonderful atmosphere and location. Very pleasant staff, great food, comfortable clean rooms. I would return to this location, when in the area.

Location, atmosfera al di sopra delle aspettative, camera grande e bene arredata, bagno grande, cucina ottima e Simone davvero professionale, educato e disponibile

Forse eviterei i tocchi di etnico che “non matchano” perfettamente con l’arredo rustico, molto in linea con la location e rimodernerei i sanitari/doccia, seppur non siano vecchissimi o mal tenuti, per il resto tutto ok

Ottimo agriturismo, io e la mia famiglia siamo rimasti entusiasti della professionalità e della gentilezza del proprietario. Ottima anche la cena in struttura, buona scelta di vini e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Addirittura richiesta extra di un aperitivo (non c'è servizio bar), non solo soddisfatta, ma addirittura aperitivo offerto. Lavorando come responsabile di processi in una azienda, so quanto siano importanti i feedback; l'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare a Simone e al suo staff, è di attuare qualche variazione in più per quanto concerne la proposta di "salato" a colazione, inserendo magari salumi del territorio.

Bel casolare ben ristrutturato, la colazione viene preparata in una veranda immersa nel verde. C'è la possibilità di cenare nel ristorante dove servono piatti ben preparati, anche originali e non sono cari. Tutti molto gentili.

Si possono avere i cani nella struttura... Solo che se più di uno nella sala abbaiano... Uno a vomitato alla mattina... Credo sia meglio accettarli ma non in tutte le aree.

Mobili vecchi in stanza, doccia senza chiusura che causa acqua sul pavimento, frigo rumoroso, cuscini scomodi. Le camere non sono insonorizzate, si sentono tutti i rumori, passi ecc… in tutta la struttura si sente odore di cibo. In generale credo sia over priced rispetto ai servizi

La posizione. Ottima per visitare le Langhe. Lo staff. Gentilissimo, disponibile, competente. La bellezza del luogo, la piscina, l'armonia con l'ambiente. Il ristorante, davvero ottimo.

Aspetti minori: Pochi apprendini nel bagno per teli, asciugamani piccoli e grandi. Le pulizia potrebbe migliorare. Non era sporco, ma c'è buon margine di miglioramento. Il frigorifero molto rumoroso, l'abbiamo spento la notte

Lo Staff è estremamente disponibile e gentile. Il parco privato attorno alla struttura è ideale per bambini. La Piscina era chiusa (per stagione ancora fredda) ma è sicuramente un plus. Ristorante all'interno della struttura comodo per famiglie.

Divano letto molto scomodo, da cambiare (è andato comunque bene per i miei bimbi piccoli). Lo staff è stato comunque molto disponibile (ha detto che lo sostituirà) e mi ha fatto uno sconto per il disagio.
