La calme ,la tranquillité et la bella nature

Après quelques échanges sympathiques avec les propriétaires, ils nous ont annoncé qu'ils avaient pris des dispositions pour indiquer l'endroit où se trouve la maison. De plus, ils ont aussi précisé que désormais ils feront plus attention à la température de l'appartement et ont mentionné qu'ils se sont organisés pour améliorer l'accueil des voyageurs sur ce point. Nous vous remercions de tenir compte notre expérience, si nous passons dans le coin, nous ne manquerons pas de venir saluer la signora Luisa et pourquoi pas relouer l'appartement.

A bit hard to find. You have to type in the street number very carefully to Satnav - add the /L at the end. We phoned and were guided in

The apartment was very spacious. It has large bedrooms and a very spacious shared living/dining and Bathroom/toilet area. The check-in was easy and went well despite our lack of Italian and Luisa's lack of English. Luisa kindly helped us carry our bike stuff up the stairs, and was very pleasant as we negotiated the check in. She responded to our request for an additional pot quickly and pleasantly. The property is situated in a rural area and is very quiet and peaceful.

The location for the apartment needs to be better described. It took us almost 2 hours to find it, despite being quite close and having supplied GPS coordinates. We could not contact the host by phone, although we tried multiple times. There was NO signage identifying it as the Residenza, it was not well known locally, and it was at the end of a muddy track in a rural area. While most basic amenities were provided, we had to ask for additional pots. Upon arrival the fridge was off, and we had to ask for the advertised Wifi, which turned out to be a pocket dongle with very limited bandwidth. The Residenza was advertised as having a washing machine - and it certainly did - but there was no electrical or water connection! As the host was away for the day, we could not ascertain if there was another machine we could use.
