L'appartamento è al primo piano di una casa in campagna dove sotto abitano i proprietari, nel silenzio assoluto anche se vicinissima al paese. Due ampie stanze da letto, sala molto grande con angolo cucina. Bagno grande con doccia rettangolare a pavimento molto bella. Riscaldamento con stufa a pellet. Abbiamo trovato 3 bottigliette d'acqua molto gradite e la proprietaria è stata molto gentile sia all''accoglienza che al rilascio delle chiavi la mattina dopo con omaggio del vino.
Sinceramente niente. Non abbiamo soggiornato molto, siamo arrivati alle 18.30 e siamo ripartiti alle 9.30 del mattino dopo e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema nel trovare la casa, nè a dormire.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti presso la struttura Casa degli Orti, un posto molto carino e accogliente, a 5 minuti dal centro di Bra (posizione ottima). I proprietari sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili, ritirare le chiavi è stato semplice e l'appartamento era caldo e pulito, lo consiglio per chi cerca un appoggio in zona.

Casa in piena campagna nel verde, molto vicino al centro. Silenziosa , attrezzata, molto pulita, ordinata e accogliente. I letti sono comodissimi. La signora che ci ha accolti era molto gentile.Ci ritornerei.

The apartment was very spacious. It has large bedrooms and a very spacious shared living/dining and Bathroom/toilet area. The check-in was easy and went well despite our lack of Italian and Luisa's lack of English. Luisa kindly helped us carry our bike stuff up the stairs, and was very pleasant as we negotiated the check in. She responded to our request for an additional pot quickly and pleasantly. The property is situated in a rural area and is very quiet and peaceful.
The location for the apartment needs to be better described. It took us almost 2 hours to find it, despite being quite close and having supplied GPS coordinates. We could not contact the host by phone, although we tried multiple times. There was NO signage identifying it as the Residenza, it was not well known locally, and it was at the end of a muddy track in a rural area. While most basic amenities were provided, we had to ask for additional pots. Upon arrival the fridge was off, and we had to ask for the advertised Wifi, which turned out to be a pocket dongle with very limited bandwidth. The Residenza was advertised as having a washing machine - and it certainly did - but there was no electrical or water connection! As the host was away for the day, we could not ascertain if there was another machine we could use.
