Nice stay for a weekend

It is a very nice stay for a relaxed weekend. It is a hidden gem. You have a lot of options for hiking. The food is amazing! The relaxing room from the spa is amazing. The breakfast delicious!

The sauna closes too soon. I think keeping it open a little longer (till 10 pm) is nicer. The water in the swimming pool was not so hot. The sauna was also not so hot.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Felt like we were guests in their home. The food was exceptional!

The bed was a bit uncomfortable but the room was very nice.

Mountain walk holidays for young couple

All the structure is perfect, almost brand new. The spa area is very nice and clean, there is a big garden area where every one can have space for themself. Restaurant is delicious, almost a Michelin star level with a huge wine list. All the staff is friendly and well prepared. Big covered parking for free as well as bikes available.

The unique thing that could be improved it is to provide to the guest the tourist card “sarntal card” that gives the access for free to several services and valley activities ( ie: bus/ organized trail with guide)

L’hotel è immerso nella natura, noi questa volta siamo stati fortunati perché stava nevicando e l’atmosfera era incredibilmente suggestiva. Lo Staff super gentile, cortese e molto disponibile. Sono celiaca, dalla reception é stato subito comunicato sia al bar che in cucina. Mi hanno fatto sentire veramente a mio agio dall’aperitivo alla cena fino alla colazione. Scelta delle materie prime eccellente, la cena è stata squisita. Il buffet della colazione è veramente sorprendente, in Alto Adige hanno una marcia in più. Pulizia minuziosa ovunque. Spa, tinozze a legna e piscina riscaldata non manca niente. É la scelta perfetta se hai bisogno di ricaricare le batterie.

Une parenthèse ressourçante dans un décor magnifique

Très bon établissement, je recommande. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Les + : la qualité du personnel, la décoration et l’entretien des lieux, l’espace relaxation spa, l’emplacement et la proximité avec de nombreux départs de randonnée.

Les jacuzzis extérieurs étaient malheureusement un peu froid.

Sehr schöne Location für ein paar Tage Auszeit

- Frühstücksbuffet war sensationell - Personal super nett und sehr aufmerksam - Kleiner aber feiner Spa - Sicht ins Grüne und Lage im Grünen - Grosse Zimmer - Pflegeprodukte waren sehr gut - Schöne Location - Gemütlich gestalteter Bar und Empfangsbereich mit Cheminée - Wir durften aufgrund des Hochzeitsfestes, welches wir gefeiert haben 30min später Auschecken, danke!

Prinzipiell alles in Ordnung. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Luxusprobleme): :-) - Bäder in den Zimmern könnten etwas zeitgenössischer sein - Schlüssel vom Safe hat gefehlt - Teppichboden absorbiert zwar Schall ist aber etwas altmodisch und unhygienisch - Ein Whirlpool wird mit Holz gefeuert, dieser war aber nicht angefeuert (dauert zu lange).

Wir waren das erste Mal dort. Als wir angekommen sind haben wir uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Am Besten hat uns der Wellnessbereich, das Essen und die Umgebung gefallen. Außerdem waren dort lauter liebe Menschen. Wir werden wieder kommen.
