A pleasant stay

The hotel was as described, the area - very nice, the staff was polite and attentive, the room was clean and spacious (huge terrace/balcony). Parking right in front of the building, was staying with a dog and the hotel is pet friendly which was basically the decision making factor.

The breakfast could be better (which is very subjective), the choice of food was a little poor to my taste but the fact that they serve breakfast was already a plus which we appreciated.

Irish Royalty visit Sarntal.

Very friendly at check in, so a good first impression. In fact all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Asked for extra pillows and it was no problem.

Fantastische ervaring

Het hotel was gemakkelijk bereikbaar en er was ruim voldoende parkeerplaats. We kregen een prachtige en ruime kamer toegekend die tip top in orde was. De bedden waren zo comfortabel dat we bijna niet wouden opstaan. Het uitzicht op het balkon was adembenemd. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten in het restaurant was supper lekker. Het waren heerlijke locale gerechten tegen een eerlijke prijs. De kinderen kregen een verassing bij hun maaltijd en dat vonden ze zo leuk.

Die ene vlieg die ons telkens stoorde tijdens onze maaltijden in het restaurant.

Útulne bývanie v krásnom prostredí

Krásne prerobené izby, každý deň nám prišli poriadiť izbu. Postele sú veľmi pohodlné, v hoteli je ticho a kľud. Raňajky sú skromne ale postačujúce. Veľmi milí majitelia penziónu. Za mňa- super pomer cena - kvalita.

Pre nás ako rodinu veľmi malý odpadový kôš.

Herzlicher Empfang. Gut bürgerlicher Küche, heimelige, moderne Lokalitäten. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Abgeschlossener Veloraum. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Avevamo già soggiornato nell'hotel prima della ristrutturazione: ora abbiamo apprezzato molto la qualità delle nuove camere, con particolare attenzione al bagno con doccia molto spaziosa ed ai sanitari comprensivi di bidet, raramente riscontrabile negli altri hotel di pari categoria della Provincia. Di qualità anche il ristorante; un poco essenziale la colazione a buffet, probabilmente a causa del periodo di bassa stagione.

Buona colazione e ottima cena. Ottima la posizione per visitare la vallata ed arrivare agli impianti sciistici.

Non c'era un controllo della temperatura in camera, ma aprendo la finestra per alcuni minuti ho risolto il problema.
