Excellent location, value for money and good smart TV for Netflix etc, shower was excellent, bed was comfy but not exceptional but each to their own on that, breakfast was basic but toast and apple juice to start your days always a win
Free bottles of water in the lobby were excellent too

They upgraded our room to a family suite because I only booked Superior twin rooms when they saw that there were 5 of us. The staff are very accommodating during the check in and check out process. The hotel is also conveniently located near the subway and bus stop.
The only thing we didn't like was that the hotel didn't have basic amenities like a toothbrush or some sort and you will need to purchase it in a vending machine by the lobby. Although it's not a deal breaker still it would have helped our stay more convenient.

Central location! Free mineral water. The room was very comfortable especially the bed
The dimmest lit hotel I’ve ever stayed at - the halls had no lighting and the rooms felt like they were in a dungeon, even when sun light was out.
