Lefko Hotel & Apartments

Central location next to the shopping street, grocery stores and the seaside promenade. Paid secure parking is available opposite the hotel. We were accommodated in a modern furnished apartment with a terrace, a well-made bathroom and a kitchen with everything you need. We had plenty of space, as well as a coffee machine for which we bought capsules and drank great coffee, as well as a kettle for heating water. The kitchen cabinets had cups, dishes for food, and a microwave.

The air conditioners in the two rooms we rented were more like fans and did not cool well at all. They did not respond to commands from the remote control and seemed to have a centrally set switching mode. There were no mosquito nets on any window, as well as on the door to the terrace /except for the window in the bathroom and a small window in the kitchen/ and since the air conditioner did not work, we were forced to leave everything open. This led to an invasion of mosquitoes in the room and one night we did not sleep well. Due to the central location of the hotel, there is a lot of noise from the surrounding streets until late at night.

The only thing we liked about the hotel was it's location, which is in the center of Nydri making it easier to move around the city. Also it's pool was decent enough.

Firstl of all the Wi-Fi was terrible, I couldn't refresh my insta or text my friends without waiting at least 10mins to load the message. As for the stuff, when we went to ckeck-in there was a young lady in the reception who wasn't wearing a mask at all. When we went to our room it was an unpleasant surprise that we had to keep the windows closed because there was not screen doors nowhere neither shutters in the kitchen's place where the kids were sleeping and they had to wake up at around 6 when the sun goes up. Also, the water in the bathroom was going from cold to hot in seconds and the flow was very weak, making it difficult to shower. The kitchenware wasn't clean, some spoons had chocolate on and some plates I tried to use were stained, and there wasn't dishwasher that we can use to clean them up.
