Lokacija je odlicna, vila je na mirnom mestu, blizu mora. Sa ogromnim lepo uredjenim vrtom ispred i iza vile i dosta prostora za parking. Terasa odlicna za dorucak i kafu. Klima dobra. Mreze za komarce. Dvoja vrata tako da se moze uci spolja ili kroz hodnik. Ljubazni i nenametljivi domacini. Sve cisto i mirino. Peskiri se menaju svaki dan
Kicheneta mala bez prostora za odlaganje sudova. Sporet ploca bi mogla biti malo bolja i brza. U kupuatilu se nista nema gde spuatiti osim peskira. Na terasi se popodne ne moze sedeti od sunca
