Spacious and comfortable upstairs apartment

The facilities were excellent, and the fact that the villa has three bedrooms with double beds was perfect for us. Very tidy and well furnished, with plenty of social space.

Relaxed pre-season stay during the Easter Holidays

Nice location, really easy to access. Close to the town center, nice 360 degree view (mountains, greenery, a bit of the sea). Easy to park. Nice and clean apartment with quality materials, well-equipped kitchen, 3 fully fledged bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies, 2 ACs (usable also for heating). Really friendly host!

It was wonderful. I definitely recommend for longer vacations. The hosts were very kind and friendly :)

The villa was very cozy and homelike. The kitchen was loaded with everything you need. There were even coffee and sugar for the mornings :)

Exceptional

The hosts were very kind people making sure all our needs were met, the place is big and nice. It is a floor of a house, consisting of three bedrooms and a big livingroom/dining room. There is a separate kitchen and one bathroom. There are three balconies. All have mosquito nets. The apartment is not in a busy part of the island so it is quiet. There is a supermarket near by, a bakery and a Souvlaki palce. The ferry from Kavala is 4 minute drive away, so is the closest beach.

I think this is a Greek thing in general, but pillows are quite high so if you are not into that, bring your own :)

Beautifully designed and maintained location in a quiet area with a great view. In addition to all of this, the hosts are very welcoming and friendly. We were pleasantly impressed in all chapters! We will probably return to this location! Thank you!

For future trips, it would be nice to have an brick equiped barbecue grill.

Да започнем оттам, че не беше уточнено че не наемаме цялата вила а само етаж от нея. На долния етаж живеят собствениците, които постоянно се навъртат наоколо и още по-лошото - влизат когато си поискат, за да спрат климатиците в стаите ни. Освен това, градината със зеленина, която се вижда на снимките не съществува, защото на нейно място са направили още една къща, в която отново не е споменато, че идват други туристи, които също трябва да делят двора и барбекюто с нас. В къщата няма налягане на водата, стойки за душовете липсват и трябва да си държиш сам душа. Както споменах вече, когато излезем, собствениците си влизат и спират климатиците. Къщата няма ограда, ако сте с малки деца или домашни любимци, улицата е много натоварена и липсата на ограда около къщата е ужасен проблем. А когато споменеш пред собственика за някой от проблемите или нещата, които са различни от обещаното, той казва няма проблем и разговора приключва.
