Попри те, що будинок зовні мав посередній вигляд, але в самому приміщенні було дуже зручно і класно! На вулицях поряд дуже багато квітів. На ганку з мармурових сходинок гарний вид на гору. Окремий плюс в зручній кухні з достатнім посудом та приладами для приготування їжи. Ми не прали, але є пральна машинка, праска, та розкладна сушилка для одягу, що можуть статися в нагоді. Стиль ремонту також нам сподобався.
Проблема з парковкою для авто. Кожен раз доводилось шукати місце на інших вулицях. Багато голодних котів, до яких нікому нема справи((
