War alles sehr gut. Freundlicher Empfang. Hallenbad schön, nicht so viele Leute. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut.
Beim Essen sind die 2er Tische zu nah beieinander.

Der Spa Bereich ist ansprechend gestaltet. E-Lade Säulen.
Leider wirkte der Rezeptionist gelangweilt und hatte wenig Freue an seiner Arbeit. Somit wurden wir leider abgefrühstückt (keine „gute Anreise?“, den Wellnessbereich hat er nur auf Rückfragen erwähnt). Zudem sind wir über einen Geburtstag angereist. Der Rezeptionist hat sich drei Mal nach dem Geburtsdatum erkundigt und nicht reagiert. Aufgrund des Immenstadt Triathlons war eine frühe Abreise notwendig. Leider konnte keine Semmel mit Marmelade und Honig bereitgestellt werden. Trotz Hinweis auf Unverträglichkeiten wurde eine Semmel mit Butter übergeben (siehe Fotos). Der Balkon ist leider lieblos gestaltet. Insgesamt leider eine Enttäuschung.
