Lovely building and superb position. Very helpful member of staff (only saw one). Rooms have been refurbished to a good standard.
Disappointed not to be able to get breakfast/snack - building seemed deserted.
Towels and bedding could be fresher - towel not fresh smelling - as if it had been damp.

Budget friendly place in the old town of Krakow. Good clean bed and alright interior
No AC is sad, room on third floor without lift, old building with wooden windows weren’t really good for sound isolation

the property good value but table in breakfast room to small. I had no where to sit so I had to wait more than 5 minutes till guess finished then I sat at table, there was a guy couldn’t make a cup of tea so he had to wait for a while. bit poor
