Las vistas a la montaña desde la habitacion

El trato del responsable fue muy cercano y solícito. Desayuno completo con zumo reciente y comida caliente al momento. Las vistas de los picos son magnificas. Las habitaciones limpias y la arquitectura interior muy agradable con zonas comunes decoradas en todos los pisos. El entorno de montaña rodeado de sonidos de la naturaleza es terapeutico. Potes precioso pueblo medieval. Todas las posibilidades de hacer rutas montañeras y turísticas.
El acceso hay que hacerlo con cuidado, aldea con calles estrechas.

The staff is friendly, the room was generally clean, and they let us store our bags there for several days while we were hiking.
Several days before our stay, I asked them if it would be possible to cater for vegan breakfast and take away lunch for the day after. I explicitly wrote what I eat and do not eat as a vegan. Their reply was "OK SIN PROBLEMA". Despite their reply, the breakfast was scarce as nothing vegan had been organised to complement the few vegan items present in the standard breakfast (bread, fruit, tomato, cheap jam); non-vegans had also butter, ham, eggs and pastries. Nothing at all was prepared for the take away lunch the day after. Since finding vegan options on Picos de Europa is not easy, I hiked the entire day without a meal.
If you do not have or want to provide vegan options, please just say it. Writing "Ok, no problem" to an explicit request is just impolite and annoying.
In addition to this, there is a big ugly black (maybe mouldy) spot on top of the shower.
