2-family house "Potes Viñon", 2 storeys, built in 1996, surrounded by meadows. Outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Potes, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 45 km from the sea. For shared use: garden (fenced). Barbecue, children's playground, parking at the house. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Unquera" 14 km, sandy beach 45 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Riding stable 10 m, cable car 28 km, children's playground 2 km. Nearby attractions: Picos de Europa. Hiking paths: Descenso de Barrancos 10 m, Vía Ferrata 10 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Property ref. es9191.601.1 is situated on the same property. The farm is located inside an equestrian center which is the main activity of the owners. The location is a little remote, but so beautiful! Just what we wanted. The hosts were kind and wonderful. We got a flat tire and they helped us get to and from a repair shop. We really loved the place!!

Hemos estado esta Semana Santa. La casa acogedora con todo lo necesario.El entorno maravilloso.Hemos aprovechado para hacer varias rutas y nos ha encantado. A., la propietaria es encantadora y muy atenta. Viajamos con nuestros dos hijos, sé lo pasaron en grande. Además, A. tiene un centro equestre, y pudimos dar un paseo a caballo. Fue una pasada!!!se hace por el monte cerca de donde estamos alojados!!!Merece la pena!!!y que vistas!!! 100%100 recomendable.Volveremos seguro!!! Gracias!!!

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos. Nos ha encantado la casa, su ubicación, el entorno, los animales de la finca, y A. muy amable. Mis hijos y nuestro perro han disfrutado muchísimo de la casa. Muy recomendable Mejoraría el sofá.
