Had a lovely welcome and the room was excellent with a huge bed, all of which made this a fantastic place to stay right in the middle of Bakewell. Just a short (hill) walk down into the town to access shops, bars, restuarants and the river. And the property itself has a lovely veranda part to relax in - where we had an evening drink and a morning tea.
Just wished it had a standard 11am checkout instead of the earlier 10am leaving time. Would have loved to have had some more time there in the morning.

Everywhere was clean, the staff were friendly.
We stayed in the penthouse. It was beautiful and very relaxed.

Perfect location, easy on-site parking, lovely heated bathroom floor in Room 7, and a very kind owner who let us leave the car after checkout so we could enjoy more time in Bakewell.”
