Beautiful building.. Lovely views from the garden. Very close to centre of Bakewell. Lovely hosts.

Excellent location, great property in terms of history/ architecture.
The beds were far too soft and uncomfortable. We did not sleep well. This needs attention.
The temperature on the shower was too hot and was not adjustable. This needs the attention from a plumber.

Friendly welcome on arrival, the room was exceptional, vast and felt special for a romantic break with my partner, and my birthday. Location is spot on albeit up a steep hill.
I didn’t quiz the breakfast options, my fault, I possibly over ordered. But it being brought to your room by Georgina is an exceptional treat. If checkout was 11 that would have been great. But all in all a wonderful break.

Location lovely
Booked for the view and bath but view was a wall and bath was inoperable as had a note saying don’t put jets on as bits of pipe would flow into bath!!! No mention of this in booking particulars.
