Silvana Mountain Hotel

Wir hätten nie erwartet, so ein besonderes Hotel zu finden. Fernab vom Trubel in Zermatt haben wir einen Ort gefunden, an dem man sich vom ersten Moment an einfach wohlfühlt. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich und lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab – oft sogar, bevor man ihn selber kennt. Die Liebe zum Detail, die Ruhe, das feine Essen und die wunderschöne Umgebung haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Man merkt, dass dieses Hotel mit ganz viel Herz geführt wird.

Dass wir wieder abreisen mussten. Ehrlich gesagt fällt uns nichts ein, was man besser machen könnte.

We liked the location and the general welcome but we thought there could have been more effort. It is not an inexpensive place so a few things such as water every day of the stay, some hand soap etc would have made us feel more welcome. The breakfast is very good.

We were disappointed as we had been very excited by the reviews. It is comfortable but not exceptional. The room cleaning could be upgraded as the cleaning cloth was left in the room and there little attention to detail to dust and the floor in particular where there was hair clearly from a previous occupant.
