This hotel, staff and area are all exceptional. Everyone was so friendly to us from the moment we arrived and we were upgraded to a spa room. I don't often leave reviews, but The Matthiol team and hotel gave us a truly wonderful holiday and went far above and beyond our expectations. Thank You

Just about everything! We had a beautiful room with a balcony - spectacular views of Matterhorn. All members of staff were awesome and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious - and kudos to all of the servers, they could not have been nicer. Dinner was also delicious. The lounge is comfortable and relaxing for an after dinner cocktail (or before!). The front desk reception also shows you around and explains some things in your room, which is a really nice touch.
There isn’t one thing we didn’t like. Everything was wonderful.

Quite location serviced by red line bus nearby. Restaurant very good. Squirrel 🐿️ family taken up residence & entertaining guests .
