St. Oswalderhof

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back! The host was incredibly kind, friendly and easy to talk to, and gave us some great recommendations for the area. The location is excellent: the lake and the town centre are both within walking distance, while the neighbourhood itself is peaceful and relaxing. The accommodation is beautiful, clean and very cosy, with gorgeous views of the lake from both the balcony and the terrace. We also have to mention the bed – this was honestly one of the most comfortable mattresses we have slept on during all our travels! One of the absolute highlights was the private lakeside area and jetty. It is hard to describe just how relaxing it was to sit there by the water. We actually ended up cancelling a few of our planned activities because we simply preferred staying by the lake and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. It was exactly the kind of place where you can truly switch off and recharge. Breakfast was also very good, with enough variety for both of us to find options we enjoyed. Another big plus for us is that the accommodation is dog-friendly. This is very important to us, as our little poodle always travels with us. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful and welcoming place by the lake.

Ich hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im St. Oswalderhof und wurde vom Personal sehr liebevoll und herzlich aufgenommen! Besonders begeistert hat mich der wunderbare Blick auf den Wörthersee vom Balkon – einfach traumhaft. Mein Zimmer war zwar nicht besonders groß, aber es war alles vorhanden, was ich gebraucht habe. Auch die französische Sitzbadewanne fand ich überhaupt nicht schlimm. Jeder kann ja bereits vor der Buchung entscheiden, ob diese Art von Bad für ihn persönlich passt. Für mich war es jedenfalls kein Problem – und die Sitzbadewanne ist für mich auch nicht das, was dieses Haus ausmacht. Besonders schön fand ich den neuen - eigenen Seezugang. Dort waren auch wunderschöne Liegen direkt am See – ein herrlicher Platz zum Entspannen. Das Frühstück hat mich ebenfalls sehr positiv überrascht. Ich hatte vorher nach glutenfreiem Brot gefragt und tatsächlich welches bekommen – darüber habe ich mich sehr gefreut. 😊 Für mich stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich sehr gut. Die schöne Lage, der traumhafte Seeblick und der eigene Seezugang machen den Aufenthalt für mich besonders. - Ich komme gerne wieder! ❤️

- Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Tolle Aussicht - Sehr freundliches Personal - Frühstück hat alles was man braucht (siehe auch meine Fotos). Ich mag mein Obst mit Joghurt zum Frühstück. Hier war die Auswahl sehr gut. - Terrasse um auch draussen zu Frühstücken - Ich mochte die kleine Badewanne - verstehe die negativen Kommentare hierzu nicht. - Sehr sauber - Bad und Zimmer sind vielleicht nicht super modern, aber sie sind sauber! Das ist viel wichtiger! - Großer Balkon mit Blick über dem See - Das Bettzeug war sehr weich und hochwertig. Hat zu einem sehr guten Schlaf geführt

Gute Lage und extra Seezugang. Zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Sanitäreinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. (Sitzbadewanne ohne Duschvorhang). Keine Möglichkeit Kaffee oder ähnliches selbst zu zubereiten oder im Hotel zu erwerben.
