It was close to what I needed and the shower pressure was nice
Sugar ants kept coming into the room, there’s no sound proofing so you can hear your neighbours getting up to no good at 3am very clearly. The reception and room had thick dust on most surfaces that weren’t the direct tables (frames, lights, windows etc)

Everything you need for a stay in Hobart, albeit quite basic.
However, there are 2 beds, which is fantastic.
We used to walk into town and to Woolies etc., but there are buses.
I’ve returned many times.
The bathroom is fine, but I hate plastic curtains on the shower.
Also, no bedside lamp for the single bed, but, I understand it is an economy price.

Location was good for what I was in Hobart for. Room was pretty clean and tidy, nothing flash but decent value for money. Parking on site which was handy.
Shower was grotty, needed a good clean. Bed was on wheels and moved around even when you sat on it, which could prove to be dangerous. Pillows were not very comfortable. I stayed in a room close to the road so it was quite noisy. Reception area needed a good clean, was spider-webs around the walls. Needs a bit of an update overall.

The property was adequate for the purpose.
Only 7mins into town.
It was noisy from people utilizing the metal steps up to their rooms. Car parking was whatever you could get.
Needed to drive to get anything.
