It was a beautiful and calm environment, very clean and hygienic with a lovely pool to spend time in

We arrived around 10pm. Nobody there, while the hotel clearly states check-in untill midnight. Breakfast was a bit limitedz

Kind staff, nice pool, outside of city centre. No mosquitos in the room because of special measures.
Nothing around. They overcharge for the restaurant and laundry, it feels like they want they want to take money where they can. There was even a toilet roll holder for sale for quite a lot of money. For us this kind of killed the vibe, especially when compared to other hotels we have stayed in on Sumatra that were often way less expensive. Had to wait a long time for the food in the restaurant. There were a lot of hairs on the floor in the bathroom in our room.
