The location is strategic, in front of 2 major hotels and resort. A lot of restaurants can be found within walking distance. The house is still well-maintained, not damp, probably because it gets a lot of morning sunshine. Bathrooms are clean.
In one of the bedrooms, there is a platform on which the mattresses are laid, I found some rat's faeces. The bedrooms could have been cleaner.
