I wish the water heater worked more efficiently and the kitchen sink didn’t clog so easily, but other than that, the villa is clean and roomy enough for our group.

The apartment is very spacious and has a lot of potential. Communication with the owner was smooth and efficient. The concierge arrived quickly upon check-in and was punctual for check-out. It was also great that everyone in our family had their own bedroom, which made our stay very comfortable.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a major issue. There were cockroaches in the kitchen, and many surfaces felt sticky to the touch. Even after opening a cabinet door, we felt the need to wash our hands. In addition, the water pump under the kitchen sink switched on every few minutes and made a loud squeaking noise, which was quite disturbing. The apartment is in urgent need of a thorough deep cleaning and some maintenance. If these issues were addressed, we would have been very satisfied with our stay.
