We had a wonderful time in Bath and the property only added to our enjoyment.

The apartment is beautifully maintained and was extremely clean and fresh. Everything is of a very high quality and luxurious. We were impressed by the instructions to gain access to the estate and property.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. A little more garment hanging space would have been welcome.

Pleasant and comfortable break in beautiful Bath.

Clean and comfortable apartment with a luxurious boutique feel. It was well equipped and was a perfect base for our visit. Free parking space was great and the apartment is conveniently placed so walking in and out of town was possible.

Everything was lovely and we have no complaints.

The best UK accommodation we’ve stayed in

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Right from the booking stage, communication from the owner, Sam, was superb. She made sure we had everything we needed, and when she found out we were getting married, she even made the effort to put some lovely balloons out. Location was lovely, everything was beautifully appointed, furniture was great and very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very homely. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was very well equipped. The little hamper was a lovely touch as well. Parking space was an absolute god send also. We will absolutely be back.

Perfect for a short stay

Clean, well equipped, quiet location and a reserved off road parking bay.

There was no wardrobe or chest of draws, only a bracket with a few clothes hangers. Not a problem for a couple of days stay but not practical for longer periods with larger amounts of luggage.

Beautiful apartment with a view in a great location

Lovely apartment, nicely decorated and furnished, with everything you need, a great view of Bath and even tennis courts and gardens in the complex. Close to the city centre, clean and comfortable. Parking space is also a major plus in Bath.

Two small things could be changed: the toilet has a sensor, so the light comes on when you go in no matter what. This means if you go in the middle of the night it’s a bit uncomfortable as it suddenly gets really bright, and it makes it harder to go back to sleep. The other thing is the check out time. 10am is way too early, even by England standards (normal should be 12pm). The hosts were really nice and let us check out a bit later and that was great, but check out time should be later.

29b Hope Place is a hidden gem, the perfect place to make your trip to Bath even more luxurious!

This property is an absolute gem, it’s the perfect mixture of luxury with a home from home feel. Everything that you could possibly need is provided, it’s really comfortable and extra treats like beautiful toiletries make it the perfect place to stay. The location is amazing, surrounded by beautiful buildings, it has its own garden and woodland. A 15 minute walk downhill gets you into the heart of Bath. There are also plenty of Ubers available if you don’t fancy the walk back up!

Location with parking was good. Flat was small and self contained.

More storage space needed - no wardrobe or drawers to out anything away, just a small hanging rail very high up. Lots of house rules about cleaning before we left - the booking includes a cleaning fee !!!

Bijou and beautiful.

The location was good with a bus into town going by quite frequently. Apartment was stylish and everything worked well. The view over the town was amazing. Walking down through the grounds to the big Victoria park was lovely.

There was very little space in the bedroom and no wardrobe. The mass of cushions on the bed was a bit excessive and nowhere to put them.

I definitely recommend this property. There is everything one would need especially if you’re flying into Bath.

The location is great as it offers a superb view of Bath and is also at a reasonable walking time of most of the tourist spots in the city. Everything was very clean and Sam (our host) was very proficient at explaining how everything works and how to access the property.

The apartment was so quiet and the view overlooking Bath by day and night was spectacular. We saw some hot air balloons going up up and away in the evenings . But Bath by night was beautiful.

Excellent place, great and kind host, very recommended for young and energetic travellers.

The host contacted me and sent me very specified explanations about how to get the keys, and they helped me a lot to find the keys, in fact that was as easy as if the keys were on the door. In addition, the place was very equipped, more than we expected.

The location was a bit far from bath city center- it is up hill. We knew that when we go down to city center, about 15 minutes walking downhill, we need to take everything since going back up would be not just a waste of time, but also so exhausting. In some cases we decided just to take the bus back up, since we got back to the place after a long day of walking around.

A litte gem of an apartment with a touch of luxury.

The quality of the apartment is superb. The hostess has gone above and beyond providing little luxury items. Everything from the glassware to the toiletries is top quality. The views over Bath and beyond are spectacular. The location is ideal, being a short walk onto the centre, and tourist locations such as Royal Crescent and Circus.

Wow, what an apartment! Absolutely superb location, the views are incredible. Sam has clearly put a lot of thought, time and passion into creating a very luxurious holiday apartment. There’s everything that you would need and much more. Highly recommend this apartment, nothing to fault. Wonderful location on a very nice private estate which is absolutely immaculate. We’ve had a wonderful 4 days here and hope to return very soon!
