Good location just off main routes and not to far from town Staff friendly and helpful especially parking attendant.

Rooms very dark. No restaurant or bar facilities unless pre booked which isn’t clear on hotel facilities description. Rooms smelled of drains and lots of flies

Disappointing

A while ago, we stayed at your hotel and my daughter’s doll was left behind. After several phone calls, the doll was eventually found for us. We kindly asked if you could send it to us by post, but we were told that it was absolutely not possible. So, I decided to come in person to collect it. We arrived at the hotel at 20:15 on August 11, but unfortunately, there was a young lady at the reception who did not speak English or Dutch. She told us to speak in French, so we had to use Google Translate to communicate. In the end, she did not give us the doll, did not help us at all, and simply kept playing on her phone and texting. As a result, we drove for five hours for nothing. I am truly disappointed by such a lack of attention and assistance. In addition, I was not satisfied with the breakfast at all, and the rooms were also very dark.

Sleepless Dirty Hot Night

Only the breakfast was good.

There was Club music till 5 am. The whole Hotel was vibrating. There is no sound isolation. they didnt inform customers about this.(About the all night party music) We have not slept. The room was Very dirty. the shower was dirty. The water pressure was dropping all the time during shower. The room was very dark. No good lightning. No airconditioning. Very hot room. The shampoo was empty. Alot of Dust. Dirty Windows. If we had known about the all night club music, we would not have come, since this hotel is in a remote location next to the forest. We came to rest and sleep. The beds were worn and broken, squeeking, bent in the middle. The pillows were filled with a little bit of nothing. I have traveled to alot of places, but this accommodation was except the breakfast, in my top 5 list of worst experiences.

Very friendly staff, nice clean room. Excellent breakfast. Next time, we'll book a room at the back with a small private terras. But anyway, we enjoyed the terras near the breakfast room.

Could’ve been better if we would have rested

The room was clean and there was space enough for two people without a crowdy feeling.

Despite staying there on a Sunday night, there was a party and unfortunately it was very difficult to sleep because of the noise. Probably the isolation was not properly done and it didn’t work out very well.

Superb

It was perfect for what I wanted which was a nice hotel near where I was participating in a golf tournament that was comfortable, and provided good quality at a good price. If there was a downside next door there was a club evening with a bit of noise and croded parking on Friday evening. It was fine but wasn't expected. I would stay there again.

The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable and the view was nice.

During 2 days of my stay, the staff at reception were teenagers totally untrained to work at the hotel. When we checked in we were told we could get coffee next morning at the restaurant. The next morning my friend went to the restaurant which was closed. So she asked the reception (now attended by another teenager) if we could get some coffee. She was told that breakfast should have been booked the prior day. My friend clarified that she didn't want breakfast just some coffee. She was told it was not possible. Then I went to the reception and requested coffee again. I was told the same that it is not possible. So I complained that I have booked this hotel and it has no coffee, no tea, no restaurant and its a very isolated hotel so not easy to find something nearby. The receptionist then just stood up, went to the kitchen, and got me a coffee. Handed it to me with a very unfriendly attitude and when i said thanks she didn't even respond. The restaurant remained closed during my whole stay (though the website advertises a restaurant service). We were also charged 10 euros extra per night for the pet which was not clear at all on the website. Overall unfriendly staff with attitude and untrained to work at reception. Were not even aware of the rules of the hotel.

It was very depressing to stay in such a dark and gloomy place.

The entire hotel has been painted black / very dark grey, including the ceilings. On top of that the lighting was very poor. I literally could not find my car keys in the daytime without using a torch. The stairs were dangerous due to the bad lighting.

Je vais commencer par le pire du pire !!!! Une discothèque à 100m, même chambre qui donne à l’opposée répercussion de la musique jusque 6h du matin… Sans compter les gens qui rentrent de cette boîte, et qui parlent très fort vu leur état alcoolisée et festifs et bien sûr claquent leurs portes de chambres sans aucun respect!!!! Déjà pour trouver, l’établissement petit chemin en terre avec pas mal de très gros trous… et l’endroit et même pas indiqués d’un panneau ou pancarte qu’il se trouve la … En arrivant, pensez à avoir votre pièce d’identité car ils en font une photocopie…(chose qui n’est pas très légales et je demande le pourquoi et j ai eu plusieurs réponses bateaux et pas voulu les rendre à mon départ … ), 1er étage sans ascenseur non prévenu! Manque de lumière dans la chambre! Sommier en forme de cuvette donc assez compliqué pour le dos! 1 cousin quasi vide de matière, on demande si possible d’en avoir un autre en plus il y en a pas !!! Vous signez à votre arrivée une charte, qui dis même dans votre chambre si quelques chose disparaît ils ne sont pas responsable. Faut mettre dans le coffre .. mais pas de coffre dans la chambre 😂😂😂 j’en parle le soir et le lendemain matin et il me répond à peut être dans le votre il n’y en a pas (étonnant de pas savoir 2 personnes différentes) Dans plusieurs coins de la chambre en hauteur, formation de fil de poussières mais qui ne datent pas que d’une journée. Trace de verre utilisé sur tablette de chevet!!! Au cas, où dans la chambre pas de verres ou bouilloire à disposition.

Pas grand chose à part le petit déjeuner

Le calcaire dans la salle de bain, La température de la douche, Le manque d’éclairage dans la chambre, Le fait de devoir payer un parking, La soirée à côté (très mauvaise insonorisation, gens qui crient, même pas averti de cette soirée qui nous a permis de dormir après 6h du matin), Les oreillers d’une qualité médiocre, Pas d’accueil jusqu’à la chambre pour la réceptionniste.

Hôtel avec un parking, proche d'un grand axe. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, dans une salle agréable. Le personnel est très aimable.

L eau de la douche tait bien chaude. Parking aisé.

Literie inconfortable. Chambre très sombre. Aucune insonorisation avec les chambres voisines. Impossible de dormir vu le bruit provenant de la discothèque du domaine, jusque 3h dans la nuit (aucune info sur le sujet dans la description). Personnel peu accueillant.
