The views from the room and the pool were spectacular and the staff were super friendly
It was a little tired and needs some TLC

Loved the beautiful surroundings and the gorgeous scenery right outside our window. The infinity pool was great after a hot day. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved not having a television in the room.
We thought our "bungalow" would be its own freestanding building, but it was actually part of a duplex. This was not a big deal, though. We still really liked our room.

the staff helped us with managing the reservation, even when booking wasn't working properly. Also the food quantity was very generous, which I appreciate particularly. Spectacular view, nice villages nearby.
Unfortunately, the thing with puluong is that it's becoming more and more touristic and feels less local. It's super touristy, the pools were a bit dirty, very thin walls make you hear everything that's happening around you (even other rooms).
