Location is good

I am old customer of sharjah palace but now Poor room service. Washrooms are pathetic. Room lights are not working. No service even after complaining. Overall bad experience. I live nearby sharjah palace thats why I prefer sharjah palace for my guests for convenience. Otherwise there is nothing i would prefer sharjah palace again.

I think it has great location and great value for money.

I liked that it was centrally located and that the staff was very nice. The food was OK but I wish they had brewed coffee instead of Nescafe.

1) Brewed coffee at breakfast as an option. As a person who is used to brewed coffee, I was disappointed that I had nescafe also there. but that is a minor and a personal issue.

Staff irresposible,and service man visiting off time without permission ,false eligation without proof ,hotel towels are missing in absence,doors key locking one hour before.delaying service for reactivation .

Complete waste of money

The lobby vibe and lighting , the kind and positive attitude of the workers towards the people staying there

The location was appealing on the lobby but once I was shown my room I was completely dissatisfied / disappointed . The tub in the washroom had a black stain , curtains were very dusty , bedsheets were not clean they had stains, dust , dirt all over them . The lead me to ask the employees to implement a change to all the problems but no proper action was taken . On to the breakfast, It wasn’t a complete disaster but still not up to the mark . All there food was soggy and somewhat bland , served rice for breakfast and after the breakfast had a complete stomach ache and caused me diarrhea. I won’t ever recommend this hotel stay for others , once I left the place I left with the impression that I wasted all the money I spent .

they should update their facilities modern it for example the tv , the ace itself that has a noise from the old sounds

it wasn’t worth the cost and the food they need to do better. rooms need amenities complete

didn’t like it

it was a family visit 4 adults and 2 kids. only got two towels. one towel in each bathroom basically my kids and the maids shared one towel and I and my husband shared one. at the buffet no cold milk only skimmed warm milk. No banana no strawberries etc. only watermelon and one other fruit. no English Chanel in or rooms. the WiFi was nothing to talk about. staffs were friendly but. the room got no fresh or whatever. I regret going there won’t be repeating that hotel ever again. I couldn’t even take a picture cos it’s not worth it. no flat screen tv. tv on the table is what you get.
