Muy bonito y limpio. Las camas muy cómodas, el desayuno genial y el personal muy amable
No entiendo que en un hotel no te dejen entrar antes de las 15,00 y tengas que irte a las 11,00... ya no te dejan estar ni 24 horas. Si se supone que vas a descansar, no es para tener que irte tan pronto, que mínimo que a las 12,00. Tampoco me gustó que el desayuno era solo hasta las 10,30h y que la carta del menú no la tenían en español, eran muy amables y pedimos sin problema pero son detalles incomprensibes siendo un hotel en España

Beautiful hotel and location is amazing. Some of the staff are lovely. The Spanish gentleman at breakfast in particular & the prompt cleaning of the room was brilliant too and gorgeous towels / bedding.
The service isn’t good enough. It’s our second visit this year but not sure we would book again. No staff visible whilst by the pool so really hard to get a drink. Breakfast also disjointed as things come out at separate times. It’s a bit disorganised but has amazing potential. It also didn’t feel like the staff were helped enough by management team.
