El ruido y barullo de los alrededores, Mucho ruido por la noche, gente con perros que ladraban toda la nocha y no permitian el descando desde las 2h pm hasta la 8h pm sin parar

Estuvimos en el hotel el sábado, mi marido y yo, y nuestra experiencia fue estupenda. Elena, la mujer que nos atendió en recepción, nos trató súper bien: nos recomendó un sitio para cenar, nos ayudó con el parking y nos explicó todo con mucha amabilidad. Nos sentimos muy a gusto, de verdad. Así que una valoración excelente para Elena.
Nos sentimos como en casa.

The staff were very friendly and the room was quite nice
It's very simple we had a room booked with a massage/spa as advertised... however when we arrived we found that wasn't the case as practically everything was closed due to covid etc... really it's very disappointing to enter into an agreement and find that one of the main reasons for your visit (and why I paid a LOT of money) is essentially not as advertised... if the shoe was on the other foot the hotel would expect something else.... this is not the way to do business... it makes what could have been a great experience into a feeling of being swindled.
