Hotel is clean, well maintained and in beautiful surroundings, with a friendly gardener! The pool is lovely. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Rooms clean and spacious.
We had an exceptional meal in the restaurant, but we're the only ones there. I think they need to give you more information when you check in about the hotel facilities. We had to ask about the spa, and wernt aware that they did lunch until we saw on the day we left.
Also pillows in bedroom were awful!! Otherwise a great stay.

Very convenient location not far from the restaurants, bars of Moraira and the beach. The staff were very polite and friendly, particularly the lady at breakfast. Breakfast was adequate with the option of eggs cooked to order. Room is spacious enough, we had a balcony overlooking the garden, the bed was comfortable.
We had a very good deal on the price of the room but I was disappointed with lack of some amenities. We only had one bottle of water in the room, we then had to refill at reception for an additional cost, also our bedding was not changed, only our pillow cases after 3 days. I understand the need to be "green" with regard to bedding, towels etc but this should be an option for the guest. The room is very sparse with no mini bar etc, no coffee or tea. Although the bed is comfortable the pillows are of poor quality. The door to the bathroom is also inadequate and offers no privacy at all.

Great Location and easy walk into Moraira, the staff is super friendly, the breakfast is good and the rules are very modern
We were a bit surprised to be charged €50 per head to use the spa as we checked out as this wasn’t explained to us at all otherwise the hotel is great

Good location and reasonable standard bedrooms
They had a problem with drains meaning water went off at crucial times (no apology or warning) and room smelled of drains. Very annoyed that they charge for a fresh bottle of water every day, even when they told us half way through our stay that the water from the tap was not safe to drink. An apology and free bottle of water would have improved the situation
