• Ideal Location: You couldn’t ask for a better spot! The hotel is located right across from Interlaken West station, making it incredibly convenient for catching trains and exploring the Jungfrau region.
• Comfortable Rooms: Our room was a decent size, spotless, and very quiet. Even without AC, the provided fan kept the room comfortable.
• Great Amenities: I really appreciated the complimentary drinking water, ice, kettle and microwave available at the lobby. It was very convenient for guests.
• Breakfast with a View: Breakfast is served on the top floor. The selection was good, and the panoramic views of the town and mountains were absolutely breathtaking.
Service:
The front desk staff were wonderful—always smiling, polite, and truly welcoming. They provided us with very helpful local information that made our sightseeing much easier.
Overall:
A fantastic stay in Interlaken! With its excellent location, clean rooms, and thoughtful amenities, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Switzerland.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is modern, clean and quiet, the included breakfast was a great start to the day and the views of the mountains are beautiful.
The hotel is located across from the train station.

It's located opposite of the Interlaken West train station and bus terminal. The breakfast is excellent and the kitchen lady was very warm and friendly! The TV was very good, they offered 'free' Netflix access.
No aircon in the room (only heater & ceiling fan), thus we had to open the window at night to let the cool air into the room.
