Just across the road from Interlaken Main Train Station. Rooms are small but include everything. Breakfast was nice.

stayed 40 years ago as a boy so was great to stay there again. excellent location right in the centre opposite the train and bus station, rooms good, breakfast good !

bathroom needs refurbishing but still did the job. just a bit dated. proper cups not paper cups for hot drinks in the rooms would be nice. nothing major but still a fantastic place to stay. highly recommended !!!

Very good for what I needed.

Good room with smart TV, and minifridge. Right by the Interlaken West train station, which is convenient but can also be quite noisy. Was able to have a double bed as a single traveler. You can open the windows, which I appreciate as I always like some fresh air in winter.

I'm not sure it would be great in the middle of a heat wave, as it did not seem to have air conditioning.

The location is very convenient, close to Interlaken west train station. supermarkets and bus stops are just around. Staff are very friendly and helpful to answer our questions for travel.

Location, cooperative staff, breakfast, the lady serving the breakfast is very supportive. The breakfast is served at the top floor which gives you spectacular view of the Miuntain, Lake and the old town. The guy at the reception guided us very well which helped us covering all the places in Interlake.

Loved it - home away from home

Loved it, very homely and comfortable. Great bag storage and wardrobe to unpack your bag. Favourite place so far in Europe. Breakfast was superb

The location is great, just opposite of Interlaken West train & bus station, right in de center of town. They offer breakfast - nothing very special, but all the essentials you need. Service staff is super friendly and helpful. Staff at front desk as well. Super friendly, helpful, customer satisfaction and sustainability is of high standard here! very happy. Room was clean, no AC, just ceiling fans and fresh air which was awesome. I would recommend this hotel absolutely!! Thank you fro taking care of me and my family, We will be back for sure.

It was at the best location just opposite West station which made it easy to move around. Also the best part was the beautiful Mountain View and the lake view. All the shops and restaurants were easily accessible.

Incredibly expensive for an average / budget room. There was no air con, however staff brought up a fan to the room. The room was too hot at night. The vibe was budget hotel but the prices were extortionate. The tv did not work, as in no signal.

Helpful staff and location was great across the road from the station. We received a travel pass for buses and trains in the local area and the staff helped us plan our days, giving suggestions. The rooftop breakfast area view was stunning!

I had an incredible stay here! The location couldn't be more perfect—just meters away from Interlaken West train station, which made getting around super easy. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, offering a picture-perfect look at the surrounding scenery. The staff were not only friendly but truly beautiful people, always warm and welcoming. And the breakfast? Phenomenal! So fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. Highly recommend this place if you're staying in Interlaken!

Could have done with a second chair in the bedroom. One day on our return the room had been serviced and they had taken all the towels (even though the old ones were on the rails not the floor) but not replaced them! This was immediately rectified by an extremely apologetic receptionist.

Breakfast ended a bit early - would prefer for it to end at 11, when checkout is. A bit expensive, but so is most everything in Interlaken:)
