Fabulous location, a little hard to find, but it is so well located that once found, you can never forget it. Breakfast was wonderful, the atmosphere great, the view terrific. Just a few steps from the funicular that takes you into the main core of Valparaiso and a few blocks from the train station. We had a wonderful stay there, and no we are not related to anyone who works at or owns the property. We just really liked it.
I would say that the open deck would be more inviting if the area was clear of some of the clutter.
