Good stay outside of main strip of Ao nang

A little out of way of ao nang but we liked this as it was more peaceful. Rooftop pool great, good breakfast. Nice rooms with Netflix. Seven eleven right next door. Shuttle service to town

Room service seemed to be quite late, never seemed to replace towels. Breakfast room full of mosquitoes bitten alive in the mornings!

Staff were a bit non-existent, bars were always unattended and there was a real lack of doing the basics properly - I.e. having staff available, towels at pool area, room cleaning, empty breakfast stands (no one was restocking) etc

Great location great hotel

Great hotel in a fantastic location. The pool is gorgeous and the rooftop views over the area are a real highlight. The rooms are comfortable and well kept—there is some noise, but that’s to be expected when you’re right in the heart of everything. Perfectly located close to great restaurants, night markets, and the beach. The gym is decent, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Would happily stay here again.

Breakfast wasnt great. At least have bacon slices rather than ham... egg station was good but it wasnt very breakfast like

Larvae infestation that can spread through clothes, dishonest pricing, and unsafe behavior

From the start, this stay was unacceptable. The first room was not clean, and even after upgrading, the problems continued. The upgraded room was infested with insect larvae (case-bearing moths). This is worse than cockroaches: they hide in clothes, damage fabrics, and can be taken home, risking an infestation. The room also had extreme humidity and a malfunctioning AC. I chose not to stay because of the larvae. The hotel refused to refund me, and when I left, a staff member ran after my taxi asking where I was going and which hotel I would stay in next , intrusive and unsafe behavior, especially as a woman traveling alone. The upgrade pricing was misleading (cash vs card) with sudden price increases and no written confirmation, from 4000 to 6000 BAT when i chose to pay by card (a part from the 3% for the card use). Overall, this hotel is unhygienic, unprofessional, and not safe for solo female travelers. I strongly do not recommend staying here.

Clean, beautiful and pleasant stay!

The room was spotless! Very clean and comfortable bed. The toilet and room has no musty smell at all tho with a private pool in the room. Staff was exceptionally kind at the reception. They would smile and greet me every single time i pass through them. Hotel lobby was beautiful and aesthetically pleasing too! There is a safety lock leading to the pool - which is very important as I had a 5yo son with me. There are nearby convenience store, 7 eleven and other halal local food stores - 1 minute walk from the hotel lobby. Hotel also provides shuttle service to town regularly.

housekeeping did not leave mineral water at my door as I did not request for room cleaning the next day. It would be nice to get more mineral water even when i did not request for room cleaning.

Great Stay at Anda Sea Tales

We had a pool balcony room which was brilliant for us with a young baby. It was a good size and had a great view. The hotel was located about 15 minutes walk from Ao Nang Landmark Night Market which was fine for us, even with a pram. If it’s too far you can easily flag down a tuktuk for good price. It’s also not too far to walk to the beach. Located near to some shops and some local street food which was brilliant. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It would be good for the rooftop bar to be open past 5pm so you can enjoy the sunset with a drink. But aside from that there wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like about the property.

The hotel is unique with the concept of the ocean and the blue color. I love it. The room is spacious, clean and convenient. The faucet is easy to us and the water heater is good.

Wonderful place and people

Great views from the balcony and the pool especially. Supee is one of the nicest & most helpful staff members I have ever met in Thailand. Great human being who helped us with anything we needed and always had a smile when doing so. stayed here numerous times and will be my go to whenever I am in Krabi

Room Cleaning could be better and always seems to be done late afternoon which is not ideal as after a day of sun, swimming and adventures you want to come back to a freshly made up and clean room. This is not saying housekeepers are bad they are all lovely and happy to help its more just there system of when they clean the rooms

We went in down season and we had trouble waiting for the lift, it’s very slow and frustrating, can only imagine how slow it is when they are busy. Also the bed and the pillows were rock hard

Good location Nice view from rooftop Polite and friendly staff

- Bed sheets and pillows had dirty stains on when we arrived. However, after complaining to the desk they had someone come and change the sheets eventually. However, this took about 4 hours and it ended up being the staff on the desk who changed the sheets. (I have added a few photos of the stained bedding and can share more if required) - Very uncomfortable bed & pillows - Bathroom has a wet mouldy smell, this is in all the rooms as we moved twice. - Breakfast was very simple for the price. Also the plates for hot food are not warmed so by the time you have put all your food on the plate it is cold when you are eating. The fruit was also not placed on ice or something cool so it was room temperature and not very tasty. - Private pool is a glorified bath tub that is dirty and not even a chair to sit on outside. The tiles outside were also dirty and stained, you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned. And there were several tiles in the private pool that were chipped. (I have added a few photos of the dirty stains left on the tiles and can add more if required) - It seemed the hotel wanted to save money and have as little staff as possible, e.g. reception staff also doing the house keeping work & at breakfast you had to find someone to make the eggs as no one was on the station unless you ask.

AC wars really noisy in Room 414, the electronic card system didn’t work well for opening the door. And please, tell to your staff to make the rules respected, some Indians tourists were eating, drinking and putting loud music in the pool, your staff was there, nobody told them to stop.

We loved the convenience and location and would come back if new beds were installed.

The location was ideal as we rented mopeds onsite, and it was a 3 min ride into town. We ordered a floating breakfast, that was lovely in our pool with the mountain backdrop. The room service food was excellent after a day out at the beach and shops. We had the pool to ourselves on our 3rd day there, and we had a drink with some cool photos in the infinity pool.

The bed was one of the worst beds I have ever experienced, it was a spring on a platform. Most of the beds in Thai hotels are like futon or tami style, this one was not. I almost opted to float in the pool to sleep as that was the main reason we stayed here as most days are hot in Thailand and cooling off after a day out is optimal.

Amazing infinity pool with bar, great price and quiet for sleeping

Loved the infinity pool up on the top floor, great place to watch the sunset. The staff were lovely and went in low season so got the room for so cheap! Can walk down to cafes and busy strip or hire a scooter from the front desk. All easy processes. Nice and quiet as its up the hill a little.

Loved the pool terrace room, 601 have you also a panoramic view into the jungle! Comfortable rooftop loungers and nice pool with views. Rented a scooter straight away via hotel. Mini mart next door, breakfast and lunch food options great and a good price!

mosque next to the hotel. wake up every night at 4 in the morning by the speakers from the mosque

The hotel is quite nice! The people at the reception are amazing! The room is big enough, there is a small balcony if you smoke or you need to dry your towels. the bathroom was big enough and the water pressure was good! beds were comfortable. just in front of the hotel there is a small place where you can book boat trips and scooters for half the price they offer in the hotel. I recommend everybody to talk to the girl there. quite good prices and good service.

I added a grade 5/10 because we couldn't sleep well. not even one night. There is a Mosque just 100 meters away and they have another speaker 20 meters away from the hotel and they pray at 4AM (in the morning) every night. You will wake up at 4AM every night and stay awake for 15 minutes while they pray! even with earplugs you wake up very easily. the noise is insupportable! the hotel should talk with the mosque or with the city hall and the administration to lower the volume of these speakers by 90% during the night, because they destroy the holidays of the people. and the tourists are the biggest income of the city.

Wonderful hotel

Beautiful infinity pool, exceptionally clean room, plenty of space to store clothes, great lighting. No single use plastic bottles in the bathroom and water in glass bottles provided daily. Beach towels, beach bag and flip flops available in the room. There is a useful shuttle bus to the beach 4 times a day. In house tour operator was helpful and no more expensive with the added benefit of hotel pick-up.

Limited breakfast options. Price of breakfast didn't match what was offered. Only one elevator for the entire hotel. Room service was not available after 8:30pm. No where to hang your towels in the room or in the private pool area. Very strange since the whole room is centered around the pool.
