    We had a lovely 3 night stay the staff are excellent 👌Our room spotless nothing was to much trouble for them . The only thing was our room faced the town and it didn't get the sun at all on the pool in our pool room .So a couple of times we found it to cold 🫢 so when we go again we will make sure to get a sunny ☀️all day room . But you still have the rooftop bar and pool which is amazing 😍.

    Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a strong musty smell. I went to the reception desk and politely asked if it would be possible to change rooms. To my surprise, I was informed that I would have to pay an additional 1,000 THB for the change, even though I was only requesting another room in the same category that I had booked. I found this response unfair and inconsiderate. This situation negatively affected my experience, as I do not believe that a guest should have to pay an additional fee to resolve an issue with the condition of the room they were assigned.
