Villas Guzman - Apartamento Bellissimo

Location excellent. Balcony overlooking beautiful bay of el portet.

Poorly maintained property. No nice little extras, ie hand wash, dishwasher / washing machine tablets. Beds & sheets not great. Washing machine on its last legs.

Todo muy correcto, muy bien equipada las vistas maravillosas y muy limpio

Las camas tremendamente duras, el tema de aparcamiento muy complicado y la plaza muy pequeña. Hubiera valorado el que hubiera una botella de agua mineral, algo más que un rollo de papel higiénico, una pastilla de jabón. Todo ello importante cuando vas para 4 días y tienes que ir rápido a comprar. Lo de la salida a las 10:00 de la mañana excesivo aunque tuvieron la deferencia de esperar a las 11:00. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

The view of El Portet bay and the Peñon d'Ifach are superb from the large 2nd floor balcony. Well situated for a short walk to El Portet beach. There is plenty of storage in the apartment (but not enough hangers.) A couple of good frying pans - only mentioned because the rest of the kitchen equipment was poor.

The apartment has a road in front of the balcony. Whilst not very busy ( in January) it could be noisy at times. The parking space was small and not secure. The apartment needs a thorough deep clean and maintenance check as there are several faulty or broken items, including balcony door fastenings, faulty sockets, etc. The second shower was unusable as there was no hot water to it and the water pressure was very poor. This was reported and should be fixed. The rear twin bedroom only has an internal window and no overhead lighting. Some of the crockery was cracked, chipped or dirty. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. It was difficult to cook anything other than a very basic meal. E.g. nothing to microwave food in. No cleaning materials except a tiny amount of washing up liquid and one dishwasher tablet. There was no plug or bowl for the sink so you have to do everything under running water. The double bed was very firm indeed. The bedding was a thin, tatty quilt sandwiched between 2 sheets which weren't big enough and shifted around a lot.
