Muito bem localizado e com uma vizinhança muito tranquila. Valeu muito o valor pago.
Poderiam ter caprichado um pouco mais na limpeza. Algumas lâmpadas estavam queimadas. Fora isso, ótimo lugar.

FALTA DE LIMPEZA ! Encontramos pacotes de lentes de contacto, uma meia, falta de produtos nos primeiros socorros, as camas estavam instáveis, muito pó em geral… cheiro a mofo. A cozinha não tinha tachos nem panelas nem o tabuleiro do forno lavado. A porta da rua abre ao empurrar de fora se não estiver trancada.
