Smelly but had a nice view.

This heavenly, quiet, peaceful place was just what we needed from our crazy life in hot Florida! It was slightly a bit out of town which made it wonderful. The grounds were perfect, nice, fluffy grass, gorgeous views, very clean. Dog/pup had the best time of her life. Vacation was focused on our sweet dog. She's the best companion ever and has impeccable manners. R&L were the best owners and provided the best information and the most awesome vacation spot!😎❤️

Truly not happy with the overall stay.

The backyard was pretty. The king bed was comfortable.

There were no sheets on the pull out couch bed and the owner wasn’t that apologetic saying something like this never happens. The ceiling was creaking up until 1am first night due to the family above us walking around. Terrible insulation of the ceiling and couldn’t fall sleep. The pictures are misleading highlighting the backyard and not showing how the front of house is on main road.

It was away from other homes and away from the lights of the city. Even though I was only there for one night I was outside a little bit and it was very, very relaxing.

Not a big deal, but I tasted the well water when brushing my teeth. Other than that, it didn’t affect me at all.

View was great, and was just far enough out of town that it was super peaceful

Due to the crazy weather we have had, the entire parking lot was a sheet of ice. A little intimidating since it lead to an exterior stair. We just took it slow!

It was an easy and convenient stay.

It is a nicely finished apartment, the bathroom and bedroom are clean, the living room is spacious enough for people to hang out. Kitchen is well equipped.

There was a weird smell, probably due to the fact it used to be a basement. Nothing bothersome to the point of clothes getting stinky or anything like that. People with less prominent sense of smell will not notice.

I had a wonderful stay at The Maples!

The Maples is a fabulous facility. Spacious rooms, a wonderful back patio with great views, especially at sunset. Very quiet, a short drive to town, fully equipped kitchen. I very much enjoyed my stay!

Exceptional Property

The view was so beautiful. The house was perfectly spotless. You can tell so much time and care was put into ever detail of decorating this home!! The homeowners have thought of everything and anything one would need on a getaway to make it such a peaceful and relaxing stay. Definitely will be coming back again.

Most comfortable bed, ever!

This property is extremely clean, bright and modern, cheerful and bright and has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on away from home (that includes 4 seasons hotel!) The property owners are extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended for Ellicotville getaway!

Clean, Country Apartment

Although there was an upper apartment- it was just us there. I liked having our own space and fire pit. The basement apartment is so cute and decorated with modern elegance. I loved it and felt so comfortable there . I would be happy to return.

The handle on the front door was loose ( needs repair) and a couple light bulbs were out. Could have used extra towels ( for a longer stay). Other than that- I have zero complaints. It was exceptionally nice.
