Situated a stones throw from the Tannenbaum lodge at Holliday valley, this unique cabin is not only perfectly located to walk to and from the ski slopes and a short 3 minute drive to the heart of town. It’s well appointed with some true rustic charm. The main floor with dueling fire places and living rooms is a perfect place to unwind with family and friends after a long day of skiing or hiking. The cabin was a perfect location for a ski weekend with friends from out of town. We had a larger group, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The house was well equipped, we would definitely stay here again!

Our group’s 15th year spending MLK in Eville. Loved the location, the lived-in coziness of the house. Great spot to let the kids come and go from the slopes, while watched the Bills game! The main level was a great hangout spot for both adults and teens.
The house is very dated, which is extremely common for the area, but also limits functionality. Carpet in bathroom, antique oven, main floor toilet doesn’t really flush, etc.
We had a couple issues, which I would hope would be ironed out for future rentals. Wi-Fi wasn’t posted anywhere. Lots of cobwebs and dusty corners. And, the hot tub was putrid… a major reason we chose the property.
