Love this location and room. It’s quiet and clean. Just one thing bad, is their issue room code and door code very slow. Is not immediately and you need to email to their email to get code if you need faster (need wait for around 20-30 mins only get reply). Other than that is good, free parking outside, elevator, hotel cleaner all good smiling.

This hotel was a 'self service' hotel. I booked through Agoda, and never received the check in information. I could not find my reservation under my name on their self check in site, so I was obligated to call the hotel's help number. The employee who answered told me to check myself in, to look for my reservation under my name, I explained I had done this unsuccessfully. The employee starts saying, "how can I help you?" and the same information he just said to me all over again. Then he repeats over and over like a machine, "how can I help you?" It was very disturbing. My husband called from his phone and was given the check in information. That experience set the tone for our stay. The hotel was fine, the bed was reasonable, and the shower was hot. The maid never entered our room so we never got fresh towels. The hotel was not as advertised; there was no free parking as listed, nor was it "downtown" despite the hotel's description, it was in an industrial area. We survived, I would have chosen a different hotel but the free parking (which did not exist) made the hotel seem like a good choice. I would not return.
