    These are apart hotels, another a typical hotel. Everything is done on line. You don't see nor speak to anyone! No personal caring touches, which is somewhat sadly. You need to be skilled with smart phone or pc, as this is how you communicate with the hotel and the boo,king app,

    I will never again stay at a hotel without staff on site. There were NO employees there at all, no one to ask a question. We had difficulty using the access code and we had to communicate via email, so there were a few times that we were not able to get onto the building or our room and had to wait for a reply. Do not book Aska Hotel!

    I booked my room. Arrived at 9:30 pm that night ready to shower and sleep. I entered the room with the code sent to me and walked in on another person already staying in that room! Very scary and embarrassing and awkward. I felt horrible for the person I barged in on. The hotel mixed up the rooms and have my double bed to a single person so my friend and I had to find another hotel last minute and haul all our luggage. Not great
