It was the second time we stayed in this hotel.
It is all good

Location was great to visit the harbour.
Staff on Reception were efficient.
Rooms were clean.
Car park was chaos, not big enough for number of guests.
Hotel is very tired, needs redecorating in all corridors.
Mattress very thin & springs noisy.
Sheets did not fit full length of bed.
We had no water coming from our hot water taps for a good hour in the morning, not even cold water!
We travelled with another couple who were put in a twin room. The beds were not even big enough to be called single.
We stayed in C Wing. Says it all really!
