The hotel is in a good location on the harbour.
The staff were friendly & willing to help whenever asked.
The room was a good size and there was plenty of facilities such as a bar and entertainment.
The overall condition of the hotel is fair.
It is not a luxury stay be any means but does a job for a 2 night stay.

location is very good, staff good
room not made up no clean towels no tea and coffee in the room got back late at night still the same had to go to reception in the morning to get towels ect. this said we have stayed here many times and this is the first time this has happened
