Amazing!
Staff was really friendly and helpful. Accommodation was clean and spacious. Also close to ski resort. Plenty of options during breakfast, we really enjoyed everything.

Nice panoramic position. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Staff was polite and attending.
Beds could be better. The sofa bed was not comfy at all for an adult but ok for small kids.

location was good, breakfast was ok.
the room was pretty old with the furniture. one plug in the bathroom was hanging out, the table were the sink sat wat pretty damaged in the corners. amenities pretty average. the tvs were pretty small, the tv in one bedroom was not working at all, the staff were clueless when heavy snow fell when we were there on how we could move the car. they charged us for two cappuccinos during breakfast. this is standard facilities for a 4 star hotel. overall it felt like an old 3 star hotel. miles far for a 4 star status that is is.

Not value for money. to expensive for nothing.
the room we stayed was not very clean. it had spider webs on the ceiling and dust. the sheets were clean and the bathroom also when we arrived . but in general it seemed to me like the owners are starting to abandon the place. even our door was not closing properly and we had to lock it as it could be opened with a push.
