Disappointing and shameful for a “premium resort”
1. Nice staff and nice gesture with the gifts 2. We took a refund after our stay
1. They presented our room as an upgrade. There were some missing perks like view of the mountain and king sized bed. 2. The curtain log fell in our head. The placement was unstable and the entire log fell onto my girlfriend’s head resulting in a small fracture in her nose. We had to rush to two different hospitals for an X-ray and a doctor’s diagnosis. Thankfully no surgery was needed. 3. After the incident instead of the owner taking the fault for negligence they tried to downplay the incident and deflect their fault by saying that they didn’t intend for the curtain log to fall from its place. Obviously this made us furious and we left the same day we arrived.

Όλα ήταν πολύ ωραία. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο, το πρωινό γεμάτο και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Τέλος το μασάζ που κάναμε ήταν πλήρως χαλαρωτικό. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!
