They were very accommodating to us, right from the booking of this hotel and took care of us, with our delayed arrival into the Rome Airport. They went above and beyond for us.
Wish we had better pillows. Our pillows were very flat and could have used more.

Quick and efficient check in. Breakfast was good, the park and buildings pleasant, the location convenient, the personnel very nice.
We were assigned a very dark room facing the parking lot, suitable to sleep but not to spend any time in it. There was virtually no noise insulation between the room and the adjacent one, so we’d woke up every time our neighbors had water running in the bathroom. Despite setting it to 17C when in the room, the heating switch on at 25C every time we went out, so we’d always come back to an overheated space.
