Our first time in Tarquinua and Rome. This family owned resort was so amazing. Giulia, Marco and Franco along with the rest of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. They have shuttle to downtown which is across the street and you can walk, it’s close but uphill to get there. We did walk one day….My calves were burning! Then you call and they come back and get you. The breakfast was assorted pastries,yogurts, cereal, juices and espresso, latte and cappuccino and other yummy items. They have their award winning distillery on site too and my husband said the scotch was very tasty. The pool area is peaceful with plenty of chairs. There is a hot tub, spa and other services for a fee and reservation. We were staying here since it’s close to the port and they shuttled us to the port too, right to the ship entrance. The shuttle was a major plus since we didn’t have a car. They picked us up when we arrived at the train, and also took us to the station for a day trip to Vatican City which is about 1 hour away. The room was clean and very cozy. Small refrigerator, air, windows that open, tv, jacuzzi tub and shower. We had a private back patio we enjoyed at night too. The property is very well maintained. We felt very at home here and would definitely return and hope to.

Nice property. Clean quiet. Restaurant on site is closed. Breakfast buffet was open and good. Note if you want to use sauna or hot tub, charge is 20e per person for 80 min. Bathroom in our room was tiny, not for a larger person. I am 70 kg and I found it cramped. Overall good stay. Just plan to eat lunch and dinner offsite.

The entire place was amazing and beautiful! The staff are helpful and warm and the hotel is very conveniently located.
