LK Royal Suite

The suite was spacious and clean but a little dated. Services were very good and staff friendly and attentive.

Breakfast had ants crawling and after showing the staff several times I gave up. The view from my room was the staff accommodation and on a night they used the grass area outside my room as a toilet! Multiple times I had to turn away as they came out and dropped their pants to use it!

Excellent hotel, good location

The rooms in this LK where large n spacious as most LKs I have stayed in over the years but the bathroom in this room was very small and tight .The Rooms are clean and maid service very good , this room was large and had a little area where you could self cater if you wanted to with a Microwave and kettle .

Like most of the LKs now they need a major re vamp as they are well bye their sell by dates , as most of the furniture and everything in this and the two other LKs I've stayed in this year are needing replaced and a good lick of paint all over . I have been staying in LKs in Pattaya for 20yrs and nothing has changed in all that time , 20yrs ago they where luxurious but now they are anything but I am afraid , but for the money you pay now there are more modern hotels in the same price range around the same area for sure . But I will say the LKs rooms do tend to be bigger than most but again very outdated fittings and fixtures etc but very comfortable beds as usual . All in all the LKs are just border line on price Vs comfort and need to spend money on their hotels . Would I return once more ? just borderline Yes but only for the location and certainly not to their Royal Wing or their Royal Mansions hotels close bye that I stayed in earlier in the year as that was very run down .
