    I love this hotel and it will always be my first choice. The rooms are big and clean and all rooms have a sofa and fan which are often missing from other hotels. There is also a table and 2 chairs to eat at and a washing up sink. A couple of minor issues are the wi-fi is poor and the TV has only Thai channels, poor picture and is not a smart TV. These could do with an upgrade.

    Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel location is good. Early checkin they charge extra, even if room is ready. 100 baht per hour

    I have had trouble with this member of staff before, giving me the wrong key 3 times and laughing about it, asking my guest if she was drunk for being with me. The manager sent a message to me that he had spoken to the member and offered me a discount. It made no difference because she just continued, i left a week early and booked another hotel, i do not need to be around that toxic behaviour on holiday. The other members of staff are fantastic and the hotel is good.
