We had a fantastic stay at this fascinating stone hotel – such a special experience. The room comes with all necessary amenities and the breakfast is great. Definitely a brilliant pick when visiting Matera.
The stone room was a little stuffy and damp

Very interesting experience, it made us understand history of caves The breakfast was amazing
Honestly nothing, just take notice of their luggage advice. There specific drop off and pick up points, to ease this.

Great location. How often do you get to stay in a cave room? Comfortable room. Good breakfast and lovely staff.
Not a downside but it can be a little way to carry your case - but well worth it.

Perfect location to explore Matera. Beautiful cave rooms and in the middle of the Sassi with unbelievable views. We got great instructions for parking the car and good restaurant recommendations. Highly recommended.
