I would like to sincerely thank Mr. ***, Front Office Director, and Mr. ***, Hotel Manager, for their outstanding support, cooperation, and personal efforts in resolving the serious issue I faced with my reservation. Their professionalism and willingness to help were truly appreciated. I have visited Sunny Days El Palacio several times, and I genuinely love this hotel. It feels like my second home, and I always enjoy coming back. My positive experience with the hotel and its management remains unchanged. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Agoda. The problems with my reservation were caused through Expedia, Agoda’s partner, yet I was the customer who had to deal with the consequences. The way Agoda handled the situation was, in my opinion, far from the level of professionalism and responsibility that a customer should expect. This situation caused me unnecessary stress and seriously disrupted my vacation. I did not cause the problem, I did not cancel my reservation, and I should not have been the one to bear the consequences of an issue between Agoda and its partner. I strongly believe that Agoda should have taken responsibility and provided appropriate financial compensation for the inconvenience, stress, and disruption caused by this reservation. My appreciation goes to Sunny Days El Palacio and its management. My disappointment is with Agoda and the way this reservation was handled. Thank you again to Mr. ***and Mr. ***for their support and for making me feel that my concerns genuinely mattered.

We booked at Sunny Days Palacio Elite Sea View Room. The rooms were newly renovated and very clean. The facilities were complete and well maintained. Staffs were very attentive to your needs and friendly. The food were well thought and had varieties every day. I hope they can improve on the deserts. The hotel was fully booked because of the peak season and the common places especially the eating area can be crowded during mealtime. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
