The reception space and interior courtyard are magnificent. Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant.
I was initially given a room on the 3rd floor that was not the room reserved via the website. When shown my room description, which quite clearly stated it led onto the courtyard, the manager immediately gave me the correct room.

The location is fantastic very convenient for sightseeing
Our first room was subterranean and had an unpleasant odour
We requested a change which was happily organised however the second room seemed to be below the running water pipes, so every time an upstairs room used water it loudly flowed through pipes above the bed.
