Good location, staff were very helpful.

Street facing rooms are noisy so be prepared. Bathroom set up is odd and lacks privacy.

Friendly, helpful staff and a superbly convenient location by the Mezquita. Loved the rooftop terrace as a calm oasis. Comfortable beds, and good shower.

It's noisy at night, certainly on the Mezquita side but acceptable. Didn't love the glass door to the bathroom, especially as only partially frosted glass, so not very private.

Breakfast included and ample. Great views from room and terrace. Nice to make tea + coffee in lobby all day. Quiet room and cool

The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor and part of the bedroom floor. The receptionist on duty did not understand any English and was not very pleasant in the way she dealt with the problem. I also tried to call, email and message the hotel the day we checked out as I had left something important behind in the room but the hotel did not respond to any form of communication The room only has two hangers/hooks to hang clothes and no wardrobe or chest of drawers.
